"I have always had a strong interest in the biomechanics of the body, and this is why I went on to pursue a career I love in helping people with muscular or nervous system dysfunctions.."

grew up in Mildura and after finishing high school I went on to study Bachelor of Health Science-Myotherapy at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Adelaide which I Have recently graduated and now find myself moving back home to Mildura. I have always had a strong interest in the biomechanics of the body, and this is why I went on to pursue a career I love in helping people with muscular or nervous system dysfunctions. With my experience in student clinic I have developed a strong interest in sporting injuries, acute neck pathologies, repetitive strain injuries (carpal tunnel/ tennis elbow) and muscular tightness causing nerve compression(sciatica). My consults include a wide variation of techniques depending on the individual needs of the client. In my spare time I enjoy walks along the river of course followed by a coffee from the lovely local cafes.

I attempt to keep fit in my spare time with the gym, yoga and Pilates. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and enjoying a cheeky wine on weekends. My outgoing personality will put you at ease and I have an individualised treatment approach that involves making a plan and encouraging you back to correct postures / movement patterns, injury prevention and performance enhancement.
